Cancel the order

We don’t have a drain, all products are made immediately after you send us your order in accordance with your size and your preference. All orders are launched within 24-72 hours after payment (you will receive an email about the acceptance of the order). Therefore, keep in mind that you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the paid amount only before it goes into production.

Quality assurance

We are confident in the quality of the jewelry that we sell on TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM, they are all made using quality materials, so we confirm this with the terms of the return and guarantee. The goods purchased by the client as part of the purchase procedure established on TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM have a guarantee on the goods, that is, they correspond to the description on TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM, taking into account the nuances mentioned below.

All products are guaranteed for 3 months (90 calendar days). In the event of any manufacturing defect, TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM will repair or replace the product free of charge if it meets the warranty conditions. The quality guarantee does not apply to damage that was caused by improper use, and not a manufacturing defect, as a whole to all those that are excluded by the current legislation of the European Union.

The consumer must inform TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM of the discrepancy with the order and return the goods within 3 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

To make a withdrawal of funds, the client must enter his personal account during the specified period and fill out the return form along with detailed photos of the goods. As soon as clearance is completed and the goods are returned with the full original packaging, the amount of the cost of the goods will be returned as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 calendar days after TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM evaluates the goods returned and its warranty is confirmed .All received payments will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, if any. The way to return the money will be the same as the payment for the goods.

Products that have been printed and used, or modified after delivery, will not be accepted, unless the purchased product has a manufacturing defect.

Repairs

To return the product for repair, fill out the return form and follow the steps described in the Return Process section. Please send your product for repair without any additional items, such as a gift box or certificates, as these items will not be returned after the repair. Please note that the repair process takes about 30 business days, depending on the product. /span>

Warranty and Return Terms

    • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover deformation and damage caused by accident, improper use, improper handling, unauthorized maintenance or normal wear and tear.

      • The stone is lost or stolen.
      • Items that have been damaged or worn during normal and daily use.

Please note that the following issues are product features and cannot be considered as defects

    • Minor bumps and variations in the craft
    • Natural characteristics of metal or precious stones (such as color, internal inclusions, etc.)

All warranty repair and refund requests are subject to review by our quality assurance team before processing the request. If our team determines that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will let you know if repair services for such damage will be available at TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM.

Important Note:

  • Only the cost of the jewelry is refunded. The cost of managing the warranty service is calculated, which is 6.99 euros for the returned product.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable. Shipping costs are not included in TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM warranty terms.
  • Engraved and personalized products can only be returned to the personal account of the store, which can be used for further purchases for the same amount.
  • Items purchased with funds or bonuses of the client’s personal account at TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM.
  • Funds and bonuses on the client’s personal account on TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM cannot be converted into cash, transferred to another person or used for services tuch as express delivery or resizing.

Refund

In order to be eligible for a full refund of the price of the jewelry you purchased at TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used and has no signs of use, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, or any other defects.

  • The product does not include diamonds purchased with GIA certification.
  • The product was returned to TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM under a quality guarantee within 90 calendar days from the date it was received.
  • We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs and quality service (€ 6.99). Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on the bank or card issuer.

Return process

  1. You can return your product to tulipanjewelry.com for a refund, request for exchange of goods or size, or request for repair.
  2. FILL IN THE FORM: Customer must fill out our return form. For a quick and easy return process, be sure to choose the correct return type and fill out all the necessary fields in the form. A refund request will not be completed without the requested information. Download Request Form.
  3. THE CONFIRMATION. As soon as the form is filled out and sent along with at least 5 different photographs of the product where the defect or discrepancy is clearly visible at tupport@TULIPANJEWELRYSTORE.COM marked in the subject line of the letter “WARRANTY AND RETURN”, it will be examined by the quality assurance team. After receiving the form, we will examine the request and respond within 72 business hours.
